* Produce documentaries, TV series, movies, etc. prominently featuring people who are putting the Earth Charter into practice.

Connect people already using the Earth Charter as the source of guidance for their social responsibilities.

* Create physical and virtual spaces to promote contact among these people.
* Cultivate processes to "snowball" and scale the visibility of and research on people who are aligned to the Earth Charter principles
* Develop automated search engines that continuously search the Web for people who should be connected; RSS/ news feeds that automatically highlight new and/or key people.
* Stimulate global "bar-raising" efforts to coordinate local, voluntary, collective action, focused on practice of the Earth Charter principles.

Incorporate the Earth Charter principles as decision-making criteria to be used by people in different social roles.

* Help consumers use the Earth Charter to make buying decisions.
* Help retail buyers use the Earth Charter to make decisions about product selection and suppliers.
* Help financial analysts adopt the Earth Charter to make investment, credit, and other financial decisions (including the adoption of sustainability indexes to evaluate the performance of stock markets).
* Use EC-Assess to evaluate programs and projects and to make sure that they are as aligned with the Earth Charter as possible.

Incorporate the Earth Charter in every instance where agreements between parties need to be established.

* Develop codes of ethics based on the Earth Charter for professionals, corporations and industries.
* Include the Earth Charter as an addendum to business agreements and contracts.
* Include the Earth Charter as an addendum to federal legislation in every country.
* Include the Earth Charter as an addendum to bilateral or multilateral agreements.
