The following guidelines will help you to participate in "It starts with one - EC+10 Communication Campaign":

1. Focus on either one or both:

- Select three media vehicles (it can be TV, PRINT and WEB)  in your country where you would like to see Earth Charter's campaign. Check the campaign materials, please note that we only have English, Spanish and Portuguese versions of some materials.  If you need the materials in your own language you need to do it locally.

- Map your contacts on media organizations. Usually we "enter" through the marketing or sales/commercial doors.

2. Send them our Media Donation Invitation letter.  In case you need a customized letter addressed to a specific person, please contact Mirian Vilela at info@earthcharter.org

3. You can also include in your email the following link to our media donation video message: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0Z8LLMLnj0

4. On your email/ phone call, mention some of the media organizations that have donated spaces, specially the international well-known such as Discovery Networks.

5. Follow up in a few days with your contact to see if he/she needs any more information from us. They might also request to previously see the ads/ materials. You can send the TV spots link on YOU TUBE. The print ads and banners can be sent via email.

6. For the TV networks, after you get the confirmation of the donation, you need to send them the video in higher quality. Check with them what format they need the video.  Please contact fernanda.baumhardt@mac.com for support on this.

7. Please inform us of any donation that you were able to gather so we can add to our list.
