The Regional Director of the International Community Education Association (ICEAAL) headquartered in San Jose, Costa Rica, and the Earth Council signed an agreement in mid 1996 to conduct an experimental pilot project with some grassroots groups from several Latin American countries intended to foster educational processes inherent to the project Building the Earth Charter. The result of this project are presented here.
