This is a report in Spanish of the meeting held on May 2003 with the employees of the Municipality of Santo Domingo, Heredia, Costa Rica. This meeting and workshop had the purpose of initiating the process of analysis, sensitation and training. The job carried out in this meeting and its results are explained in this document.
