* The software technology used during the broadcast is proven and stable. However, depending on the computer and Internet connection you are using, it is possible that you may experience an occassional lag or delay during the broadcast. Please note that while these factors are beyond our control, we hope that you will enjoy the broadcast.
* Sessions may be recorded and these recordings will be the property of Earth Charter International (ECI). Heart in Action Enterprises (Heart) may use these recordings for internal purposes, and Heart and Beat Board TV (BTV) may, with prior approval from ECI, use these recordings publically for promotional purposes.
* Furthermore, content produced by e-GLO Participants will remain their property, unless they give permission to ECI, BTV and/or Heart allowing for the distribution of materials publically for promotional or other purposes.
Please follow these steps to log-in to the "e-GLO Seminar Room"
1) Ensure that your webcam and mic are working properly.
2) Turn off all other programs and applications on your computer, including external speakers.
3) Check the "e-GLO Program Overview" page to determine the time for the Session and convert it from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) to your local time.
4) At the scheduled time, log-in by clicking on "Enter as a Guest" and writing "Your First Name and Countr(ies) (for example: "Dominic, Costa Rica/Germany/USA") on the following website:
Note: no password is required. You will, instead, enter a Pre-Meeting Room until the Host invites you into the e-GLO Seminar Room.
e-GLO Breakout Room 1
After you are in the e-GLO Seminar Room, we may ask you to enter the "e-GLO Breakout Room 1" for more informal discussion. We will ask you to return to this webpage and then log-in by clicking on "Enter as a Guest" and writing "Your First Name, Countr(ies)" (for example: "Dominic, Costa Rica/Germany/USA") on the following website:
